  • Edition size, availability, and pricing are stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints will be produced for that edition.


4. Orders & Payment


All purchases are processed through secure third-party e-commerce and payment providers.

By placing an order, you agree that:

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of error, fraud suspicion, or production limitations.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided when available but are not guaranteed
  • Shipping costs, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout


6. Returns & Cancellations


Due to the custom nature of photographic print production:

  • All sales are considered final
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of damage or production defect
  • If an issue occurs, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt so it may be reviewed.


7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Philip J. Parisi Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of photographic works.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased item.
